Who we are
Branding Creative LLC is a locally-owned and family-operated business with more than 25 years of experience designing, creating, installing, and maintaining signs in Chesterfield County, VA, and the surrounding areas. We have a 1-year LED light warranty and additional warranties available for purchase. The quality of our products is better than the rest; we make sure to get the product right the first time around. All of our services come competitively priced.

A Timeline of Growth and Innovation
2019
Branding Creative Founded. Due to family events business planning and growth strategy heavily impacted.
2020
First sign installation for Fly High Disc Golf! Operations run from home garage, refining installation skills and process with help from a friend. Identified need for experienced installers within the industry.
2021
Started collaborating with other local sign companies, helping them with installations while refining and expanding our own business operations and reach.
2022-2024
Continued our growth through helping others mindset and strategy. Began expanding to the point of needing to acquire fleet trucks and spcialized machines for creating the highest quality signs for our clients
2025+
We have expanded our capabilities with more rspecialized machinery like our new channel letter making machine and improving customer experience with auromated estimates and operations processes. We will continue our growth while retaining the core values that got us here. Branding Creative is a business our family can be proud of. My wife has retired from her job and is now our production manager and we are hoping to involve our daughter with the business in the future.
The Minds Behind Branding Creative
Justin Vaughan
Born and raised in Central Virginia, Justin Vaughan brings deep local roots, a strong work ethic, and a passion for serving his community. With over two decades of sales and customer service experience, he founded Branding Creative LLC to deliver quality signage with honesty, integrity, and a personal touch. Justin treats every client like family—going the extra mile to ensure each project is done right the first time. When he’s not helping businesses stand out, he enjoys life with his wife and their daughter, Lillian, exploring all the beauty Virginia has to offer.
Maryjane "MJ" Vaughan
When we established Branding Creative LLC in 2019, I never thought it would mean a new career path for me. Justin and I are co-owners of the business, but I had a successful career in Supply Chain and Logistics. I have worked for several local fortune 500 companies including Mckesson, Altria Group, and most recently Dominion Energy. I'm grateful for my time in the corporate world, both for the skills I have learned, and the financial stability we were able to maintain while building Branding Creative. This year Justin and I made a big leap of faith and officially "retired" me from corporate life. My role at Branding Creative is all about process improvement and efficiency as we grow. I am the Accountant, Process Improvement Analyst, Office Decorator and sometimes Therapist! I keep things running smoothly both at the office, and in our home. It's such a blessing to be able to serve my family as business owner, wife and mother.
Warren Gaskins
aka Dubgeezy
Warren has been in the sign business since 2007 andhas been with Branding Creative since they opened theirwarehouse location in March of 2024. Warren was mentoredby many veterans of the industry, that have taught him a lotabout the ins and outs of the sign business. While Warrenwears many hats, his main focus is being the head ofthe Branding Creative Design Team!Warren takes pride in his work and loves taking your ideasand bringing them to life! Warren is very family oriented andbrings a level of patience and understanding to work with himwith him to make sure everyone is happy!
Bridget
Bridget graduated from Longwood University in 2024 with a BFA in Graphic and Animation Design, and she’s excited to be working in a field where her expensive art degree finally comes in handy. She prides herself on not only being a skilled designer, but also a classically-trained cartoonist, which lends itself to fresh new ideas for logos and graphics. As a Richmond native, she’s proud to be working in the community where she was born and raised. In her time outside of work, Bridget enjoys watching hockey and women’s basketball, and she is annually disappointed with her choice to be a Toronto Maple Leafs fan (the New York Liberty are making her proud, though). She can often be found drawing comics of Dungeons & Dragons campaigns and listening to the works of Chappell Roan and Lucy Dacus.
